Download the Web Version
Current version: September 28, 2003
| DOWNLOADING NOTES The file you are about to receive is called CIM.exe. The course remains a web course when installed on a computer. Although you do not need to be connected to the Internet, you do need to view it with Internet viewing software (a browser), such as the one you are using to read this page. When you click on either "Download" option, below, your computer will begin receiving a file that contains the Course. If you are given the choice of saving it or running it, you may do either one. If you choose Save, it will be put into a folder on your computer and you will need to note the name and location of that folder so you can find the file when it is done downloading. The download is a compressed "zip" file, containing over 150 files (many are images) in five folders. CIM.exe is a "self-extracting" file, which means all you need to do is run it (without saving it) or click on it (if you did save it). It unpacks the files and folders into a folder you select. It is recommended. But if it doesn't work, download the plain zip file. |

Download Self-Extractor (recommended)
After the download:
1. Create a new course folder.
2. Move the download file (CIM.exe or CIM.zip) to the new course folder.
3. Extract the files to the new course folder
-If you downloaded the Self-Extractor, run (or click on) CIM.exe. In the new window, select the course folder as the destination for the extracted files.
-If you downloaded the Plain Zip, click on it or use a program to un-zip it and extract it to the course folder.
4. The course folder now has two subfolders: "CIM" and "Graphics" and a file: "A_Course_In_Meditation.htm." Click on that file to start the course.
